Cribbing

Why are human beings often cribbing about something or someone?

Either it is about spouse,work,kids,servants,weather,water(shortage),food,house(maintenance),lack of ‘good’ clothes,…..

We must be spending about 99% of our time doing nothing but cribbing.

Life would be more fruitful if we take some time off from cribbing to appreciate great gifts of God like absence of major diseases,presence of healthy spouse and kids, sufficient food and water  for sustenance,enough clothes to drape a bus full of refugees!!and what-not!!

    Recently I read this somewhere..,

    Don’t try to balance between family and work. Balance has to happen on its’ own accord. Just go with the flow. Make – being happy as the only criteria for every thing you do. Once you choose happiness you will learn art of living also.

    Hmm yes.

    Positive thinking improves your mental attitude, your creative thinking and makes you innovative. Simple reason, old problems are washed OUT of your brains and new thoughts come in.

    Postive thinking improves your health, wealth and relationships

    But wonder why people even after being knowledgable do the ranting?

    Pain. They just cant get out of the pain those problems are giving them. Sri Krishna says in bhagavadgeetha that “if you think of me when departing form this world; Myself is what you get”. But imagine the person on death bed with so much physical pain does he have the ability to think of the Lord?

    Hell NO. there is the answer why people rant and get only more pain.

    I think it is just easier(than develop positive thinking) to rant and revel in self-pity!!
    One can just float in the mire of negative thoughts which pull us deep-down into ‘ishte–hinge—nanna hanebaraha’.
    Positive thinking action can keep us afloat .
